I am feeling a bit Dubuffett lately. Shannon and I went to the Hirshhorn in D.C. a few months ago on a trip back from a show in Baltimore where I was showing a painting entitled "Bad Hats". There were a lot of truly great works: a Lewitt, a Guston, even a few De koonings, but the work that really got under my skin was Dubuffett. I am experimenting with some blobual head forms and we will see where they go.
